I wholeheartedly support our Huntington Mayor, Richard Strick, in his decision to enforce Governor Holcomb's statewide mask mandate. I agree with the medical and scientific consensus that this will help slow the spread of COVID-19. I also commend the Mayor for his willingness to listen to those protesting local enforcement of the mandate and to stay open for possible, better solutions. Let us each do our part to protect friends, family and neighbors.
