Bishop blesses new addition

Bishop Kevin Rhoades visited the Victory Noll campus Thursday to give his blessing to the new building addition, the Saint Anne Communities at Victory Noll. The 40-room addition to the current Holy Family Building was sold to Saint Anne Communities of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese, which will administrate the facility. It will provide housing and care for the Sisters, along with members of the public.
