The Victory Noll Missioner project invites women to become part of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters for a period of 1 to 3 years. They will live the same simple celibate lifestyle as the Sisters during the time of their commitment, making solemn promises corresponding to the three vows.
Single Catholic women, 22 years of age and up, and independent with no family obligations - Women in transition from job to job - Women who may have retired and seeking opportunity for deeper spirituality and meaningful ministry - Divorced women - Widows.
Women would be introduced to Victory Noll history, charism and spirituality. They would live either with or near a Victory Noll Sister(s), be involved in a ministry such as community services, teaching, parish work, civic involvement, working for peace and justice, etc.
Victory Noll wants to offer a new form religious life with short-term commitment while at the same time sharing life with the perpetually-vowed religious. They want to offer a taste of the Victory Noll way of life while helping women to deepen their spiritual life and participate in the service of people.

FOR WOMEN IN TRANSITION

We invite you to join us in building a Missioner community of social justice and peace that extends the work of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters in an innovative, non-traditional way.
The Missioner program is a transitional program of 1 to 3 years for creative Catholic women 22 years and older.
They will live the same simple, celibate lifestyle as the Sisters during the time of their commitment. It is a new opportunity for ministry dedicated to living and promoting the social teaching of the Church.
It is a new way to seek a deeper spiritual life and relationship with God. It is an opportunity to share in the spirit and Mission of the Victory Noll Sisters.
