A woman is challenged to ask and answer the questions: "Am I growing as a woman of faith?" "Does my spirit fit the OLVM spirit?" "How can I become a sister?"

As women in ministry, we live and minister with and among the people, mutually enriching and supporting one another.

Volunteers at Victory Noll engage with Sisters in a variety of daily activities and assist in various community functions that support the mission of the Sisters.
