A woman is challenged to ask and answer the questions: "Am I growing as a woman of faith?" "Does my spirit fit the OLVM spirit?" "How can I become a sister?"

As women in ministry, we live and minister with and among the people, mutually enriching and supporting one another.

Volunteers at Victory Noll engage with Sisters in a variety of daily activities and assist in various community functions that support the mission of the Sisters.

Laudato Si:
On Care for Our Common Home

Please join us for a monthly Monday evening study of Pope Francis’ Encyclical:
“[I]t is no longer enough to speak only of the integrity of ecosystems. We have to dare to speak of the integrity of human life, of the need  to promote  and unify all the great values. Once we lose our humility, and become enthralled with the possibility of limitless master over everything, we inevitably end up harming society and the environment.” (excerpt)

We will begin each session with a simple soup supper. Each month will focus on one chapter
of the Encyclical and the study guide reflection and discussion questions contained
 in this particular edition.

Co-led by: Sue Wilhelm, director, Victory Noll Center

Dr. Doug Meador and Dr. Earl Kumfer, University of Saint Francis

Dr. Meador is an associate professor of economics and will co-facilitate
 the first three sessions.

Dr. Kumfer is a professor for the Department of Philosophy and Theology and will
the last three sessions.

Cost: $75 includes book and soup suppers
Please register by January 4 so we can order your book
