EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Director of Nursing

Victory Noll Associates

Are you looking for meaningful relationships with people who share your desire to make a difference?
Are you willing to share your gifts, enriching your own life and the lives of others?
Do you want to be involved in bringing about a more just and peaceful world?
That's what brings the Victory Noll Sisters, Associates and Volunteers together.
Victory Noll Sisters and Associates are women and men who reflect a rich and varied background of many cultures and personalities.
We show forth the infinite variety of God's gifts and yet, in our diversity, we are one, bonded together in our love and dedication to God's Mission.
We invite men and women to come and explore challenging opportunities that will support you in your commitment to continue the Mission of Jesus as a Victory Noll Sister, Associate or Volunteer.

For more information on the Victory Noll Associates, contact
Sister Rose Ann Kaiser, OLVM by e-mail at voc@olvm.org

COVENANT ASSOCIATES
Partners in Mission

Covenant Associates are committed women and men who:

-- share, in their own setting, the spirit and mission of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters
– help to address the needs of the poor and oppressed
– work for peace and justice
– reach out with their skills, service and prayer to bring healing and reconciliation.

Covenant Associate Lollie Gallegos lends a helping hand at a nursing home in El Centro, California.

Covenant Associates have the opportunity to belong to a group of people who share a common vision to live simple, just, prayerful lives in mutual loving service to the poor and oppressed and to each other. Victory Noll Sisters and Associates link arms that God’s reign may come more fully in our lives and in our world. They are mutually enriched, empowered and energized by their association with one another.

Covenant Associates Barbara Bidwell and Dorothy Cuellar serve children at a migrant camp in Bluffton, Indiana.

Sister Ginger Downey (left), and Covenant Associate Father Ray Ritari (right) protest an anti-immigration measure in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sister Mary Alice Murphy, a social worker and community organizer, is working with Victory Noll Associates and city planners to provide affordable housing for low-income people. Together they initiated the not-for-profit, 202-unit CARE HOUSING in Fort Collins, CO. Residents are assisted to become self-sufficient so they can eventually move into market housing. Victory Noll Associate, Chadrick Martinez, is administrator of the program.

Sister Mary Alice poses at the entrance of “The Mission” in Colorado, a shelter she helped create for the homeless.

PRAYER ASSOCIATES
Prayer Associates are women and men who support the ministries of the Victory Noll Sisters through prayer. Through this partnership of prayer they share in the sisters apostolic efforts for peace and justice on behalf of the poor and oppressed, the ecology, and the good of all peoples.

Congar Institute
for Ministry Development

We want to minister to the culturally diverse Catholic population of this country, proclaiming Jesus Christ through evangelization, education and/or Christian formation. We would like to offer a solid Catholic teaching and ministries that speak to the needs of the faith communities, empowering the Laity, dedicating our prayer and ministry to the proclamation of God's Kingdom.
That is why we have become part of a network of religious communities collaborating to assist home mission dioceses in their efforts to develop lay leadership and ministry. This is an initiative of the Home Missions Leadership Conference and the Congar Institute for Ministry Development.
